E.g. containerships have a relatively high share SO<sub>2</sub> as compared to other pollutants, which is due to the larger average size of containerships thus equipped with large engines, allowing more often the use of (high sulphur) heavy fuel. High shares of CO and VOC indicate an aging fleet of this specific vessel type (e.g. roro and general
