Euphausiids along with copepods comprise the main contributors to zooplankton biomass in this region and they are the dominating food resource of small pelagic (anchovy and sardines), large pelagic (Jack Mackerel) and demersal fishes (Chilean hake). \r\n\r\nAdditional Information: The notes column includes the following fields from the original dataset ordered from left to right: typeofcollectingevent, collectingevent, station, and dayornight.
