Dataset includes zooplankton data (limited to order Tintinnida Kofoid and Campbel, 1929) collected during First Ukrainian Antarctic Expedition (March-April 1997) on board of R\/V Krenkel. Samples were collected from different depths (25, 50, 70, 75, 100, 135 and 150 m) by bathometer and bucket from the surface. The volume of the sample - 5 L. Samples were concentrated by direct filtration to a final volume of 70 - 100 ml and fixed by formalin. Further samples were concentrated to 10-20 ml and analyzed with optical microscope at magnification x 12.5. \r\n\r\nAt IBSS, the data were digitized from paper processing books, quality-controlled and transformed to comply with the Darwin Core\/OBIS Schema.
