The data were digitized from the technical reports in the frame of the 4DEMON project.","EngDescr":"Compution of potential and integrated primary productivity. Potential production is presented for different sampling depths, corresponding to 100 %, 50 %, 35 %, 25 %, 13 %, 10 %, 4,5 % and 1 % of surface irradiation. Netplankton primary production is calculated by substracting nannoplankton primary production values from total phytoplankton primary production values. The dataset contains also gross and net primary production measurements and calculations through experimental <sup>14</sup>C uptake. Additional parameters such as the <sup>14</sup>CO<sub>2</sub> fixation under dark conditions, bacterial (R.B.) and photosynthetic respiration (R.P.) and environmental data such as extinction/transmission coefficients, daily irradation and euphotic depth are noted.
