In this framework, four key species are analyzed every year: cod (Gadus morhua). flounder (P!atichthys f!esus), brown shrimp (Crangon crangon) and blue mussel (Myti!us edulis). Mandatory determinants are mercury, cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, PCBs and lindane (KHCH).
