Physico-chemical parameters are measured (dissolved oxygen, ammonium, pH, nutrients, Chl-a and pheopigments, CHN and MES). Every 15 days; cytometry, bacterial production, Micro-FISH and bacterial DNA are sampled. \r\nEvery 2 weeks, at POLA point, physico-chemical samples (Oxygen, pH, salinity, ammonium, suspended matter, CHN) and CTD profiles are carried out. \r\nAt MOLA point (MOOSE program), measurements are taken on a monthly basis. This station will become an autonomous, long-term, high-frequency instrumented observatory transmitting data in real
