In the context of a potential \"high survival\" exemption on the European Landing Obligation (LO), discard survival was quantified for four species caught in North Sea and English Channel: thornback (<i>Raja clavata</i>), blonde (<i>Raja brachyura</i>), spotted (<i>Raja montagui</i>) and undulate (<i>Raja undulata</i>) skates.
