During each visit, sediment cores were collected for analysis of dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) in the pore water and benthic fluxes of DIP, dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), dissolved inorganic silica (DSi) and dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) were measured using benthic chamber landers. In 2016 and 2017, duplicate sediment cores were collected for sequential phosphorus extraction. In 2017 and 2018, sediment samples were collected for analysis of chlorophyll a content.
