A dewatering caisson will be used for the renovation of the rails of the lock of Wintam.
Hydrodynamic forces resulting to the passage of ships are calculated on the caisson. This dataset contains the calculated forces originating from currents of main propellers for 3 different sea ships. Forces are calculated for the top and the side of the dewatering caisson.
Data generated with Python scripts for calculating hydrodynamic forces related to main currents of ships on bed and scripts for calculating the resulting forces on the caisson. Data contain results of the calculations for 2 ship types sailing the lock into upstream direction (Zeeschip_opw1, Zeeschip_opw2) and 1 ship sailing the lock into downstream direction (Zeeschip_afw). Data contain results of calculation of velocity on the caisson and the horizontal and vertical forces on the caisson.

Hydrodynamische krachten als gevolg van de passage van schepen worden berekend op de drooglegkuip. Deze dataset bevat de berekende krachten afkomstig van stromingen van hoofdschroeven van 3 verschillende zeeschepen. Krachten zijn berekend voor de bovenkant en de zijkant van de drooglegkuip.
Gegevens gegenereerd met Python-scripts voor het berekenen van hydrodynamische krachten gerelateerd aan de hoofdstromen van schepen op de bodem en scripts voor het berekenen van de resulterende krachten op het caisson. De gegevens bevatten resultaten van de berekeningen voor 2 scheepstypen die de sluis invaren in stroomopwaartse richting (Zeeschip_opw1, Zeeschip_opw2) en 1 schip dat de sluis invaart in stroomafwaartse richting (Zeeschip_afw). De gegevens bevatten de resultaten van de berekening van de snelheid op het caisson en de horizontale en verticale krachten op het caisson.
