Atlanpole Blue Cluster championed the creation of a cluster based on the sustainable exploitation of marine bioresources. The objective is to conserve, produce and add value to marine resources while balancing economic competitiveness and environmental conservation. Marine ecoresources and green technologies producing sustainable energy, remediating the environment, creating carbon and nitrate sinks, producing high-quality natural compounds for food or cosmetic ingredients, drug substances, oils as well as proteins, and conserving the environment.
