Current research activities and experience of the group are in the following areas: a) Computational modelling of non-linear breaking and non-breaking waves, b) Wave-induced currents and sediment transport in the near-shore region, c) Swash zone sediment transport, d) Waves-structures interaction, e) Soft shore protection methods, f) Laboratory and field measurements of coastal processes, and g) Design of harbours and coastal structures
