He is the senior author of two books. He was actively involved in several MAST II projects and MAS3 project SASME (Surf and Swash Zone Mechanics). He coordinated MAS3 project SCARCOST (Scour Around Coastal Structures) (1997- 2000), and FP5 project LIMAS (Liquefaction Around Marine Structures) (2001-2004). He is currently coordinating DSF (The Danish Strategic Research Council) programme “Seabed Wind Farm Interaction.
