I also have a consulting company specialized on systematics of meiofauna and zooplankton. My research on copepods&nbsp;&nbsp;started during the development of my PhD thesis about Colombian copepods from high Andean lakes and ponds. My area of expertise are freshwater copepods. particularly harpacticoids (Canthocamptidae, Parastenocarididae). Shortly I started to study freshwater Ameriidae. Since 2020 I investigate also copepods from groundwater. Until now I have described 3 genera and 11 species of copepods, ostracods and cladocerans.
