- Tom Redd has been seconded from VLIZ to work as an advisor to the JPI Oceans secretariat. He formally worked at the UKs National Oceanography Centre, Southampton, as a policy support officer, working on the CSA Oceans Work Package 5 (Science-Policy). Tom holds an MSc in Marine Science, Policy & Law from the University of Southampton and a BSc (Hons) in Ocean Science from Bangor University.
