During my PhD, I participated to several scientific expeditions in New Caledonia in 2016-2017 and am involved in the FRESHBIO project focusing on freshwater biodiversity of Indonesia. My main focus as a WoRMS taxonomic editor is to keep the list of species up-to-date, as the taxonomy is changing quickly, and to provide data on type specimens and type localities, which are very important in the framework of integrative taxonomy. As I am an early carreer researcher still free from heavy responsibilities, I would have enough free time to contribute to the WoRMS Steering Committee.
