There are several objectives such as the identification and mapping of waste and garbage material flows in the Flemish Ports (ECOMAP). The establishment of a Flemish Ecology Testlab to create and test an electronic system for Ecology Management and Control (ECOMAC) and Ecology Routing and Logistics (ECOROL) in the Flemish Ports. The implementation of an efficient Integrated Technology (IT) system to guarantee a structural long-term community solution for the mangement of waste and garbage in Flemish Ports (ECOTECH).
