Nadat mogelijke locaties zijn geanalyseerd wordt het point absorber systeem hiervoor geoptimaliseerd. Enerzijds wordt de geometrie van de vlotters ondezocht om te komen tot een optimale vorm, diepgang en optimale afmetingen.
