{"projectrec":{"ProID":3325,"StandardTitle":"Le réseau benthique","OrigTitle":"Réseau benthique","Acronym":"REBENT","AbstractEnglish":"<b><i>Collection of data</b></i>\r\nThe REBENT project aims to collect and format data relating to seabed habitats and associated benthic biocenosis living along the coasts, in order to give scientists, marine environment management bodies and the general public, relevant and coherent data which will improve our knowledge the current resources and detect spatiotemporal evolutions. These observations, which concern data relating to spatial extension and to fauna and flora distribution, are common to various needs : accidental pollutions, protected marine reserves, Water Directive, integrated management. \r\n\r\n<b><i>Zones of treatment</b></i>\r\nThe entire French seawaters are likely to be concerned by the project. But regarding the new acquisitions tidal zones and coastal waters have been singled out as priority areas, in the framework of the Water Directive, thus concentrating as much attention as possible on the protected marine reserves. \r\nThe following parameters are taken into consideration when selecting seabed habitats / biocenosis : representativeness, importance of ecology, sensitivity and vulnerability. \r\n\r\n<b><i>Distribution tools concerning data</b></i>\r\nMethods, protocols and reference documents are drawn up, as well as data bank tools (Quadrige² database specifications for benthic data) and distribution tools (interactive maps, monitoring reports, etc), via the Internet. This network is national and part of a strong international drive. Today, numerous partners are members of the project, either at the financial level or at the scientific and technical levels. Brittany is the pilot-region and the first operations started in 2003. Action plans are being gradually implemented in the other regions.","AbstractOtherLang":"<b><i>Le recueil de données</b></i>\r\nLes objectifs du projet REBENT concernent le recueil et la mise en forme de données relatives aux habitats, et biocénoses benthiques associées, dans la zone côtière afin de mettre à disposition des scientifiques, des gestionnaires et du public des données pertinentes et cohérentes permettant de mieux connaître l’existant et de détecter les évolutions spatio-temporelles. \r\nCes observations, qui concernent des données relatives à l’extension spatiale ainsi que la composition faunistique et floristique, sont communes à différents besoins : pollutions accidentelles, espaces remarquables, Directive Cadre Eaux (DCE), gestion intégrée.\r\n\r\n<i><b>Les zones de traitement</i></b>\r\nL’ensemble des eaux territoriales est susceptible d’être concerné mais l’effort porte en priorité, notamment pour les acquisitions nouvelles, sur la zone de balancement des marées et les eaux côtières concernées par la DCE, en accordant autant que possible dans le dispositif de surveillance une attention particulière aux zones protégées.\r\nLa sélection des habitats/biocénoses suivis tient compte de la représentativité, de l’importance écologique, de la sensibilité et de la vulnérabilité de ceux-ci. \r\n\r\n<i><b>Méthodes et diffusion des données</i></b>\r\nDes méthodes, des protocoles, des référentiels et des produits sont élaborés ainsi que des outils de bancarisation (spécifications de la base Quadrige² pour les données benthiques) et de diffusion (cartes interactives, bulletins de surveillance...) via le web. \r\nCe réseau a vocation à être national et à participer à la forte dynamique sur ce sujet au niveau international. Il associe dès à présent de nombreux partenaires tant sur le plan financier que sur le plan scientifique et technique. \r\nLa région Bretagne constitue la région pilote, les premières mesures opérationnelles ont démarré en 2003.
