- Name
- Hydralab+ WALOWA
- Description @en
- The project comprises physical model experiments to be carried out in the new Delta Flume in Delft (The Netherlands), within the HydraLab+ framework (February 2017). Post-overtopping impacts on storm walls on sea dike with shallow foreshore will be studied at large scale. The results will be compared with the ones from small scale tests performed at Ugent. The study of the foreshore evolution and numerical modelling (namely DualSPHysics) are also parts of the project.
