{"projectrec":{"ProID":5312,"StandardTitle":"\tMOZES: onderzoek van de morfologische interactie tussen de kustnabije banken en geulen en de strandzone","OrigTitle":null,"Acronym":null,"AbstractEnglish":null,"AbstractOtherLang":"Op de locaties aan de kust waar geulen zich dicht bij het strand bevinden is de morfodynamiek van deze geulen op schaal decaden mee bepalend voor de stabiliteit van het strand. Een geul die zich dichtbij het strand bevindt, zich verdiept en/of landwaarts beweegt zal erosie induceren, maar de vraag is hoeveel. De kennis over de grootschalige morfodynamiek van deze geulen, en de ermee gelinkte kustnabije banken, is echter onvoldoende om het risico op erosie te kunnen kwantificeren.\r\n\r\nHet onderzoek omvat twee luiken. Ten eerste de ontwikkeling van een geïdealiseerd kustmorfologisch model ter beschrijving van de grootschalige dynamiek van geulen, banken en kustlijn.
