For this study, a multitude of tools will be used: \r\n\r\n1) Very high-resolution single-channel sparker seismics \r\n2) Multi-channel industrial seismics \r\n3) Very high-resolution sidescan sonar imagery \r\n4) Swath bathymetry as well as subbottom profiling \r\n5) Geophysical, sedimentological, micropaleontological and isotopic analyses of giant piston cores \r\n6)This research frames within a broad cluster of international projects.
