The geological mapping consists of making a geological database with all data and of a serie of maps, a map of the top of Tertiary topography outcropping under the Quaternary cover, the thickness of the Quaternary, a contour map of the boundary surface of the base of the Quaternary and a few geological cross sections. Also an explanatory text and a technical explanation is included.

De kartering omvat het invullen van een databank van alle basisgegevens en de opmaak van een aantal kaartlayers, nl. de verspreiding van de belangrijkste eenheden, de dikte van het Kwartair, de isohypsen van de basis van het Kwartair en een viertal relevante geologische doorsneden. Bij de kaart hoort een uitvoerig technisch verslag en een begeleidende tekst.
