In Part I (Terra et Aqua, Number 51, May 1993) the dredging works which started in March 1991 were discussed. After completion of the dredging work in July 1991, the backfilling work was begun. Part 11 discusses the backfilling activities in the three primary areas on the Belgian Continental Shelf, i.e., the Scheur, the Wielingen and the Landfall, where the pipe is linked to the shore.
