Tolerableness tests of some ointments including the marine originated active basic element have been carried out. The active basic element of various concentrations (1.5 and 3%) was incorporated in three bases of different ointments: two bases for the stability of A and D hydrodispersed vitamins, and a base for the stability of A and D vitamin acetate. The acanthosis test and the test directly applied on skin have been made.
