Sars (MAR-ECO, Cruise 2004) and the RV <i>Meteor</i> (Cruise 36, 1975). <i>Macandrevia (Notorygmia) africana</i> Cooper, 1975 was for the first time found in the northern Atlantic. For <i>Novocrania anomala</i> (Müller, 1776) the southernmost point of distribution on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge has been established. Specimens of <i>Megerlia echinata</i> (Fischer & Oehlert, 1890) were found in the middle part of the species area of distribution, off Cape Bojador.
