The Meeting was attended by 33 participants from: 19 National ASFA Partners, 2 UN Partners, 1 International ASFA Partner, the ASFA Publishing Partner, and 6 observers. The Agenda is in Annex-1. The Opening of the Meeting was moderated by Mr Harrison Ong'anda (KMFRI) and the Welcome Address was delivered by Mr Johnson Kazungu, Director of KMFRI.
