The observed changes in daily production/m<sup>2</sup> can be ascribed for the greater part to changes of chlorophyll content of water. Daily production above these mudflats appeared to be low as compared with both the production in the deeper parts of the Waddensea and the production of bottom-diatoms. This is due to the relative small amount of water above these mudflats.","AbstractOtherLang":"In dit verslag zijn de resultaten vermeld van <i>in situ</i> produktiemetingen in het water boven een droogvallende wadplaat in de Waddenzee gedurende de eerste helft van 1969. De veranderingen in produktie per/m<sup>2</sup> per dag gedurende deze periode kunnen grotendeels worden toegeschreven aan veranderingen in het chlorophyll a gehalte van het zeewater. De dagelijkse produktie boven dit droogvallende wad bleek laag te zijn ten opzichte van de produktie door bodem-diatomeeën.
