Het handelt over grotendeels een continue systeem-monitoring, deels over project- en kleinendeels over studie-monitoring. Het merendeel van die monitoring bestaat uit al decennia langdurige metingen. Zo voert het Waterbouwkundig Laboratorium Borgerhout in het Zeescheldebekken vele continue metingen uit over waterstand, debiet, stromingen, chloridegehalte, turbiditeit en andere fysische parameters.<br>Dit rapport geeft een globaal overzicht van die monitoring zoals het Waterbouwkundig Laboratorium in 2008 in het Zeescheldebekken deed, meerbepaald het deel dat voor Moneos dienstig is. Dit rapport heeft de bedoeling om, uitleggend, een jaarbeeld van getij, bovendebieten en andere parameters te schetsen.
