Of these more than 70% of the total losses falls to freshets, floods and mudflows. Up to 190 settlements came within zone of the risk of hazard on the scale of the country: the number of population affected-880 families, the number of casualities- 35 injured persons- 213 destroyed and damaged roads- 111 km and 69 bridges. 9610 ha of arable lands are no longer under exploitation. Owing  to natural disasters, state of emergency was declared 86 times in 2005.
