Results obtained after nutritional analysis indicate a potential source of high quality cysts. Cyst hatching percentage, hatching rate and hatching efficiency was 61%, 24h and 173,400n/g respectively. Hatching percentage (H%) varied slightly with variation in salinity and peroxide treatment. Highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) content was representative of high quality cysts.
