A report on a small collection of pontoniinid shrimps from the Island of Farquhar (Decapoda, Palaemonidae)

Quinze espèces de crevettes pontoniinides ont été recoltées à l'île de Farquhar dans l'Océan Indien occidental. Trois espèces, Periclimennes ceratophthalmus Borradaile, Coralliocaris superba (Dana) et Paratypton siebenrocki Balss n'avaient jamais été signalées de l'Océan Indien. Trois autres espèces, Fennera chacei Holthuis, Metapontonia fungicola Bruce et Anchistus demani Kemp, n'etaient connues que de quelques localités éloignées. Onze espèces etaient associées avec d'autres invertebrés, qui ont été identifiés.
