The trilobite fauna described in the present paper comprises a number of taxa from the basal Givetian, including two new ones: <i>Dechenella givetensis</i> sp. n.; <i>Dechenella calxensis</i> sp. n.; <i>Dechenella ziegleri</i> Struve, 1992; <i>Goldius</i> cf. <i>capitellum</i> (Archinal, 1994); and <i>Nyterops</i> cf. <i>hollandi</i> van Viersen, 2007a.
