In the Philippeville Massif, <i>P. isylica</i> (BULVANKER, 1958) and <i>P. fascicularis</i> (SOSHKINA, 1939) have been collected in the lower part of the Philippeville Formation. The latter species also occurs on the south side of the Dinant Synclinorium: at the base of the Bieumont Member in the Focant borehole and in the Lion Member of North Quarry at Frasnes-lez-Couvin. <i>P. duponti</i> n. sp. is abundant in the intercalations of red marble located at the base of this exposure whereas <i>P. szulczewskii</i> ROZKOWSKA, 1979 has been found at the base of the Boussu-en-Fagne Member. Several of these species are associated with <i>Hexagonaria mirabilis</i> MOENKE, 1954, <i>Scruttonia balconi</i> COEN-AUBERT, 1980 and <i>S. focantiensis</i> (TSIEN, 1978) senior synonym of <i>S. boloniensis</i> minor COEN-AUBERT, 1980.","AbstractOtherLang":"Quatre espèces de <i>Peneckiella</i> SOSHKINA, 1939 sont reconnues dans la partie moyenne du Frasnien. Dans le Massif de Philippeville, <i>P. isylica</i> (BULVANKER, 1958) et <i>P. fascicularis</i> (SOSHKINA, 1939) ont été récoltées dans la partie inférieure de la Formation de Philippeville. La seconde espèce est aussi présente au bord sud du Synclinorium de Dinant: à la base du Membre de Bieumont dans le sondage de Focant et dans le Membre du Lion à la Carrière du Nord à Frasnes-lez-Couvin. <i>P. duponti</i> n. sp. est abondant dans les intercalations de marbre rouge situées à la base de cet affleurement tandis que <i>P. szulczewskii</i> ROZKOWSKA, 1979 a été trouvé à la base du Membre de Boussu-en-Fagne.
