As a solution to the major problem that dolphins face in the Black Sea, namely accidental tangling in fishing nets (most often fatal), the cetaceans are tried to be removed by modern technological methods, namely the location of acoustic dolphin warning devices on fishing nets (ADDs/PINGERS). The study is an overview of the results obtained so far, as well as the usefulness of the acoustic warning devices.
