The European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) has created a task force under its Offshore Wind Industry Group, to look specifically at the issues revolving around the development of deep offshore and new foundation concepts. Within this paper a comprehensive presentation of state-of-the-art concepts and their maturity is provided.
