An equation expressing the length-weight relationship of longfin tuna is given. It is found that the four species are susceptible to water temperatures in their distribution and are differentially spread off the coast. The state of development of the gonads suggest that these four species do not spawn in the survey area. Fish and squid are shown to be the most important organisms in the diet of the tuna.
