Jivaniya ganas being very essential in functioning of the body in terms of providing energy, sustaining life activities and rebuilding can be compared to nutrients and immunity booster. Although some work has been done on identification of medicinal herbs mentioned under Jivaniya Mahakashaya, but still there is a need to identify the true representatives of this Jivaniya gana.
