Lamellodiscus occiduus n. sp. is described from the littlehead porgy Calamus proridens and knobbed porgy Calamus nodosus. Lamellodiscus vesperus n. sp. is described from the jolthead porgy Calamus bajonado. Lamellodiscus baeri is reported from the red porgy Pagrus pagrus. The new species of Lamellodiscus are the first of the genus to be described from the western Atlantic region (Gulf of Mexico).
