Significant differences in survival and biomass production between the treatments could be attributed to the omega-3-HUFA content of the food. A delayed mortality in fish larvae fed the Great Salt Lake <i>Artemia</i> is suspected to be caused by a high level of alpha-BHC in this <i>Artemia</i> source.
