Title: Distribuzione dei popolamenti di gorgonie dell'isola di Ustica
Abstract: The abundance and the distribution of the gorgonians along the Ustica Island cliffs were evaluated by means of line transects. The population healthy conditions were taken in account considering the percentage of colonies with epibiosis. Moreover the influence of mucilages on the living tissue of some species was considered.
