The following taxonomic changes are proposed: <i>Ph. testacea</i> is returned to the genus <i>Limnia</i>, as <i>Limnia testacea</i>, comb. resurr., and <i>L. setosa</i>, syn. nov., is placed in synonymy with <i>L. testacea</i>.
