Apart from the Coralliophilinae that will be treated later, 47 species have been identified. Among them, 12, new to science, are described in the secondpart. They belong to the genera <i>Dermomurex, Attiliosa, Acanthotrophon, Favartia, Muricopsis</i> and <i>Pygmaepterys</i>. In some cases, sequencing has been critical. In particular, it allowed to isolate three new species of the genus <i>Muricopsis</i>, not only very close but occupying neighboring geographical areas. Two species of Martinique have been described in 2017: <i>Favartia martinicaensis</i> Espinosa & Ortea, 2017 and <i>Favartia (Murexiella) lafayettei</i> Espinosa & Ortea, 2017. We consider <i>F. martinicaensis</i> assynonym of <i>Favartia varimutabilis</i> Houart, 1991 and <i>F.
