One of them is a species new to science, here described as <i>Scolodonta enigmatica</i> n. sp. (Scolodontidae). The genera <i>Pristiloma</i>, <i>Subulina</i> (Achatinidae Subulininae) and <i>Glyphyalus</i> (Oxychiilidae) are recorded for the first time in Argentina.
