(2) The harmful organisms (<i>Polydora ciliata</i>) and the competitors of food for the oyster (<i>Mytilus edulis, Balanus, Mya arenaria</i>) have fixed them by a clumsy manner on the <i>Ostrea</i>. (3) The abundance of the competitors did not restrain the growth of the mussels and the oysters.
