This bibliography represents a comprehensive search of the western literature on the occurrence, mineralogy, geochemistry, and extractive metallurgy of marine manganese nodules, and combines and extends two previously published bibliographies on this subject (Glasby 1972a, b). The abbreviations. used are as given in the World List of Scientific Periodicals, Fourth Edition.
