Smith, 1882 is assigned to a new genus <i>Smithena</i> gen. nov. of which it is the type-species. <i>Atilia fauroti</i> Jousseaume, 1888 and <i>Costoanachis rassierensis</i> Smythe, 1985 are revised in the genus <i>Anachis</i> H. Adams & A. Adams, 1853, and assigned to the same group of affinity than the two new species <i>A. kathleenae</i> sp. nov. and <i>A. splendens</i> sp. nov. Anachis raysutana Smythe, 1985 and <i>Anachis donnae</i> Moolenbeek & Dance, 1994 are revised. <i>Columbella exilis</i> Philippi, 1849, <i>C. phaula</i> Melvill & Standen, 1901 and <i>C. selasphora</i> Melvill & Standen, 1901 are revised in the genus <i>Zafra</i> A. Adams, 1860. A new species <i>P. masirana</i> sp. nov. is described in the genus <i>Parvanachis</i> Radwin, 1968.
