The gastropods were recovered from fossiliferous exposures at Morada Nova and Aquidabã, near Eirunepé town, as well as from the borehole 1AS-34-AM drilled in Amazonas State, Brazil. The borehole yielded the most diverse and abundant assemblages, including the new species <i>Dyris amazonensis</i> sp. nov. described herein.
