The morphology of the first zoea of Z. amakusae is reported for the first time in the world with a color digital photo. The first zoea of Z. amakusae has common zoeal characteristics in the spines of carapace and the satations of maxillule, maxilla, and the first maxilliped of Korean Pilumnids.
