Our main interest is to understand the molecular basis of endocrine disruption, searching for genes that are differentially expressed when fish populations are exposed to xenoestrogens. In this study, a replica colony screening strategy was developed and used to study the differential transcription of genes in nonylphenol-exposed fish.
