Planning the radar coverage area is the first task when designing a complete HFSWR system. This paper proposes an efficient and simple software solution for planning transmitter and receiver site locations in HFSWR. In this way, it is possible to easily prepare marketing presentations, draw coverage areas directly in Google Earth, and draw the geometry of transmitter and receiver antenna arrays.
